What does both the professional and the DIYer need? A toolbox full of quality tools of course. Dávid Hrončok, the manager of the online store Pro-Tech shop, realized this years ago . And it was the toolbox with tools that gave him the idea of his own e-shop.
Our history begins with 2013, which was challenging and unique for the e-shop at the same time. Year after year, step by step, we built the e-shop into its present form. We listened to our customers - we listened to you and responded to your inquiry. Our intention was to offer everything in one place that would facilitate work around the house, in the garden, and in the household. We gradually added construction and garden equipment, small and large appliances, electronics, kitchen utensils, household equipment, drugstore and toys to our offer.
The year 2022 became a turning point, when we opened a new dispensary for you in Zvolen. Thus, we replaced the brick-and-mortar store with a warehouse with a dispensary room for personal collection. We decided to implement this sales concept for several reasons. The first was the effort to provide the best customer service, the second is a large amount of goods, often oversized. The assortment has grown to 22 000 items, and we are currently continuously expanding our offer.

We put our own hearts into the e-shop. Our goal was to make shopping with us always "Your strong point" . That's why we've focused on making online shopping as easy as possible. We have taken the necessary measures to ensure that the ordered goods reach you safely and quickly - we have most of the products from our offer in stock.
Pro-Tech Shop is a team of great people who are not afraid of challenges and never give up. Challenging period? Lots of orders? Never mind! | Claims Manager | Although the entire protechshop.sk team works hard to ensure that the offered goods are ordered on time and of the highest quality, and also delivered to the customer as soon as possible, sometimes it simply happens that not everything turns out as we want. Rarely, but sometimes nonetheless, you contact us with a claim for damaged goods. Sometimes the product doesn't work as it should. Other times it is damage that occurred during handling in the warehouse or during transportation. Our claims department is responsible for dealing with claims and will receive your claim, register it and endeavour to deal with it to your satisfaction. Everything is overseen by the Claims Manager, the head of the Claims department, who is perhaps most concerned that the complicated and unnecessarily lengthy resolution of the claim does not undermine your trust in us. |
| HR Department | Many mistakenly believe that the HR department is less important than other departments of the company. However, the HR department represents a stable pillar, without which the Pro-Tech Shop would fall apart like a house of cards. Our HR professionals carefully search for and select new colleagues for the team, take care of current employees, and participate in their education and development. | Stock Manager | Empty shelves are the bane of every well-functioning warehouse. This, fortunately, is not our case. Our stock manager is a person with highly developed analytical thinking, which is essential for proper inventory management. He monitors stock levels, checks product quality, is responsible for timely delivery of goods and inventory. That's why you can always find what you need for your home, garden or garage with us. |
| Storekeeper | Ask one of our storekeepers where the electric lawnmower or charcoal grill is stored. A map of the warehouse is automatically activated in their mind. Our storekeepers have the entire warehouse in the palm of their hand. They take care of the correct storage of the products, their safety, and promptly respond to the store's requests. Did you order the product through our e-shop? The storekeeper prepares it in time and checks it again before loading, so that it reaches you complete and undamaged. |

The CEO manages the company, represents it in relation to state organizations and other persons, his signature turns an ordinary piece of paper into a valid document.

| Until we have found really responsible and trustworthy people in our team, there were times when the owner himself rolled up his sleeves, took care of the warehouse and started packing shipments for you. As he says: "Such an ordinary Monday." 😊 |
| From a To err is human : The customer tried to claim a withdrawal from the contract with us, although he did not buy anything in our e-shop. |
| The customer complained about a broken clay baking pan. After the claim was accepted, we sent him a new one, which broke again in transit...and the process could start all over again. |
| The courier company lost part of the shipment during delivery. When we sent the item again, they lost it again. 😊 |
